Program name: Silver Star Electric Customer Texts
Program description: When you opt in, Silver Star Electric will send you text messages from +1 385-449-3122 related to your service, including:
- Appointment scheduling and reminders
- Crew arrival notices
- Job updates
- Invoices and payment links
- Occasional follow-ups (for example, checking on completed work)
How you opt in: You can opt in by checking the text-message consent box on your Silver Star Electric proposal or contract, or by otherwise giving us written or verbal permission to text the mobile number you provide. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your appointments and jobs.
Message and data rates may apply.
Opting out: You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. After you send STOP, we’ll send one message confirming you’ve been unsubscribed and you will not receive further texts unless you opt in again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
